Shit gets a little dark this month, we're talking about the death of a child, the aids epidemic, revolution and civil war, and the suicide of a closeted dad. We’re getting personal, as we hold on for a month of autobiographical comics.
We start our month of autobiographical comics with Rosalie Lightning. A heartbreaking tale of love and loss as author Tom Hart deals with the death of his young daughter.
Next week is more “Real World” issues, as we read Pedro and Me. Written by Judd Winick from Real World season 3, its the story of Judd’s friendship with fellow housemate Pedro, and Pedro’s fight, and eventual death of AIDS.
